Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and AimPoly (“we”, “us”) for the WidgetAim app, its widgets and related services (“WidgetAim”). WidgetAim is licensed to you through the App Store under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple EULA”). These Terms add to the Apple EULA; if they conflict, these Terms apply to the extent the Apple EULA allows. By using WidgetAim you accept these Terms.

2. Using WidgetAim

You may use WidgetAim for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules. You're responsible for the content you enter. Please don't use WidgetAim, including its AI features, to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• generate content that is abusive, hateful, sexual involving minors, or that promotes violence or self-harm;
• probe, overload or reverse-engineer our server or use it outside the app (for example by scripting requests);
• resell or redistribute WidgetAim or its AI output as a service.

We may limit or block AI access for use that violates these rules or that threatens the service.

3. Free and Pro

The free version lets you create up to three widgets by hand and includes every scene and style. WidgetAim Pro adds unlimited widgets and AI features: setup and form filling from a sentence, AI flashcard decks, editing by chat, and the weekly summary.

Plans

Prices differ by country and are shown in the app and on the App Store in your local currency before you buy; the price shown at checkout is the one that applies.

Subscriptions

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• If a price changes, Apple will notify you in advance as required, and you can cancel before it applies.

Restore purchases on a new device from Settings in the app. When Pro ends, all your widgets keep working; you just can't add more than the free limit or use AI features.

4. AI features

AI features send the information described in our Privacy Policy to our server and to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a response. AI output is produced automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Review what it sets up before relying on it. You own the content you enter; to the extent permitted by law, you may use the output as you wish, subject to these Terms. We may change, limit or discontinue AI features, including by setting fair-use limits, to keep the service reliable.

5. Not professional advice

WidgetAim helps you track goals. It does not provide medical, health, fitness, nutrition, financial or legal advice. Numbers from Apple Health are shown as reported by your device. Talk to a qualified professional before making health or financial decisions.

6. Your data

Your content is stored on your device. You're responsible for keeping backups — use Back up & restore or your iPhone's backups. We can't recover data that was deleted from your device, because we don't have a copy.

7. Intellectual property

WidgetAim, including its design, scenes, artwork, code and name, belongs to AimPoly and its licensors, and is protected by law. These Terms don't give you any rights to our trademarks. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

8. Changes and availability

We may update WidgetAim, add or remove features, or stop offering it. If we update these Terms, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date; material changes will be noted in the app's release notes. Continuing to use WidgetAim after changes take effect means you accept them.

9. Disclaimers

WidgetAim is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't guarantee that WidgetAim, its widgets or its AI features will be uninterrupted, error-free or always accurate. Widget refresh timing is controlled by iOS.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AimPoly isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of WidgetAim. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for WidgetAim in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived under your local law.

11. Termination

You can stop using WidgetAim at any time by deleting it. If you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, we may end your access to AI features. Sections 5, 7, 9, 10 and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts.

13. Apple

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and AimPoly, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for WidgetAim or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and isn't responsible for handling claims relating to WidgetAim. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
